Peter Blackburn
Peter has worked in the profession for many years, previously working for a major High Street Bank and now as an independent financial adviser and financial planner. His clients are both personal and business owners as well as Trustees.
Peter is highly qualified, holding exams well in excess of the Diploma from the Personal Finance Society (PFS). He holds a large number of advanced financial planning exams including the ‘Pensions Specialist Exam’ allowing him to advise clients on complex pension matters. Peter has been a long-time advocate of comprehensive financial planning.
Away from the office Peter enjoys a busy life. He is a happily married family man and spends much of his spare time with his wife and young daughter. Other interests include Tai Chi and a wide taste in music and he enjoys playing the piano.
Peter is a member of the Personal Finance Society, the professional financial adviser section of the Chartered Insurance Institute, by Diploma.
